Maternity Pants--Maybe?

Posted by: Angela in

Tried on some Maternity pants today---the little bug seemed to be laying lower today so my normal jeans wouldn't work (this comes and goes). But they are kind of funny---its weird not having a belt! But I think I may use these puppies for big family dinners like at Thanksgiving!

Connect-O-Ears

Posted by: Angela

Troy and his whole family have what I loving refer to as Connect-O-ears. LOL These are ears that have no lobes but the entire ear connects to their faces. Non of them have ear lobes! Its so weird. (well I can't say NONE of them my SIL's new baby boy does--thanks to Dad!!!!). Anyway for all those wondering to what I am referring to----here is troy's ears. This is the one and only thing I HOPE our child doesn't get of his! (he googled it and its a recessive trait---so luckily since I have lobes I can breed it out!) All the "outlaws" that married into troy's family have lobes so they are the last generation of the connect-o-ears :) I like to tease Troy that I may snip his lobe one night while he is sleeping LOL.

More of an interesting flight then normal.

Posted by: Angela in ,

So while at the airport today for our flight to Tulsa, OK. We were waiting for our flight when all of the sudden the horrible smell of an electric fire started. There wasn't smoke but we did get the fire department there quickly. I felt like an idiot taking a picture of the fireman so here is a "self" shot with fireman in back! Nice axe huh!

Leaving Delaware

Posted by: Angela in ,

Yep so it was a quicky assignment....we are leaving already. We didn't really see anything in DE to take pictures of since we were here only a couple days. But once we got back to Chicago we hit up my favorite italian beef sandwich place---Portillios! So here is a shot of a GREAT sandwich...(oh and troy's hotdog---no ketchup allowed on TRUE chicago dogs!)

With all of the sympathy pregnancy symptoms he is getting I thought we better do bump pictures for him so we can compare in two months! LOL
First one is his normal belly...
This one is his "bump" picture (I am pretty sure he can actually push it out farther but he was laughing while we did this!)...

Philly-Part #4--Hard rock

I really should start keeping track of how many we have been to! LOL Troy does buy a guitar pin at each one though---so we had to have dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe in Philadelphia...

Philly-Part #3....Some cool houses

Philly-Part #1....Jim's Steak on South St and some Rocky

Posted by: Angela in ,

Today we flew into Philadelphia (on the way to our new quick location in Delaware). We got in early enough were we could go see some of the historical sites of Philly. But being the preggo I am the FIRST thing on my brain was food----so our first stop was Jim's Steak on South St, a famous Philly cheese-steak location.....
**next couple days will be philly pictures from today**
And then there is this little statue a few of you may recognize (yep same one as in the movies but they took it off the staircase)

More hand-me-downs and a cool new onesie.

Got all of this stuff from my "mommies board" (as troy likes to call it). I have made some great friendship on my online board. Funny how I never really thought you could do that online but now I feel like I'm part of some of their lives and they are very much a part of mine! Thanks ladies! (you know who you are!).
I have to get pictures up of the other clothes I got while back home. I am in no more need for 0-3 months stuff!! And doing great on 3-6months also (I may have enough but haven't counted yet). Its a map of the world made out of the local animals!
